These terms govern your use of Hexloom Labs websites and software tools. By using a Hexloom Labs product, you agree to them.
The products
Hexloom Labs products are digital software tools, provided as-is. Free tiers are free to use for any lawful purpose. Some products offer a one-time paid "Pro" unlock that removes stated limits for that product, for that browser/device, for as long as the product exists — it is not a subscription.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because Pro unlocks are delivered instantly as digital goods, sales are final once the unlock is applied, except where a refund is required by law. If something didn't work as described, email us and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hexloom Labs products to break the law, to process content you don't have the right to process, or to attack, abuse, or overload our services.
No warranty, limitation of liability
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexloom Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
Changes
We may update these terms as our products change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
