Reload the spreadsheet after installing. The add-on appears under Extensions as Canada GST HST Tax Worksheets, with the item Open worksheets. If you use more than one Google account in the browser, check that the spreadsheet and the install are on the same account.

The sidebar downloads a small rates file from this site. Check your connection and use Try again. If you are on a work network, it may block hexloomlabs.com.

Copy the whole key from your order page, starting with GSTS-, including every character. If the sidebar says the plan is no longer active, it has ended: choose a plan again on the product page and use the new key. If a card payment failed, open the plan page and update the card.

Open the order page you were sent to after paying; your browser history may still have it, and it shows the key again. The key is shown only on that page, so keep it somewhere safe. If you cannot find it, write to us from the email address you paid with and we will look into it.

Open the plan page, enter your licence key, and Stripe's page opens where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Sheets you have already created keep working; creating new return worksheets needs an active plan.

Write to us from the email you paid with, within 14 days of your first payment, and we refund it in full. If you started both plans, we refund both payments and cancel both. Renewal payments are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date to avoid one.

Tell us the province and send a link to the CRA or provincial page that shows the right figure. We update the rates file, and a paid plan can refresh the rates sheet from the sidebar.
